Rodney founded BCNS in 1999 with his co-founder, Alan. At the time, Alan and Rodney were both working for IT businesses but had foreseen the day when they would want to run a more pro-active company with a strong focus on the strategic implementation of IT to drive business processes on behalf of their clients.
Now, Rodney holds responsibility for the direction of BCNS, the people and the day to day running of the business, along with developing partner relationships that will keep BCNS at the front of IT services. In the rare moments when he isn't working, Rodney finds plenty to do - including mountain biking and enjoying various DIY projects.
Alan is responsible for the scoping and delivery of complex IT projects. Prior to founding BCNS, Alan and Rodney were both working for IT service companies but had foreseen the day when they would want to run a more pro-active company with a strong focus on the strategic implementation of IT to drive business processes on behalf of their clients. Alan has worked in IT since school, developing an expertise in finding innovative and effective IT solutions for clients. When he's not working, Alan likes diving and gaming.
